- Through the website students will learn the proper use of grammar (commas, question marks, exclamation mark, apostrophes, periods)
- With the use of the "grammar game," students will be able to utalize what they have just learned in a fun, yet, unknowingly educational way.
- And with the usee of this website it gives your students an easy and fun way to learn versus a boring book, that and i honestly do not care for this particular book that is why we as a class will not utilize it for this lesson only the webpage.
Learning Assessment:
- With the given worksheet, make copies for each student before class, and have each student complete the worksheet for classwork.
Lesson Plan:
Prior Class: Make enough copies of the worksheet for students and write the web address of the lesson on the white board.
First 10 minutes: As a class, go over each section within the website.
2nd 10 minutes: Go to the "Grammar Game" (link is on the "home" page), and as a class,
work together to complete each sentence.
Last 10 minutes: Allow students to work on provided worksheet for remainder of lesson
and allow time during to answer any questions and if you can not anwer
a question please leave a note to the teacher to answer upon return.
